Day 340: The Common Law is Feudalism in Drags

Part of the problems we live in this world is that, of all the systems that surround us, we don't question nor how they came to be in existence nor their fairness, we accept that everything is just the way things are.

Many may have noticed, if they have a certain age, that 'The Law is Not Equal for everyone', and even that we seem to accept, it's 'normal' that rich people get away with murder and the ones that are not rich enough to pay for lawyers, that will deftly find the holes in the Laws, have to either pay up or go to jail.

Our Laws are full of holes, clearly holes that show how the Rich always had it sweeter, it must have been always this way since we accept a Legal system based on precedents, meaning on stuff that has already happened, that has been already ruled over where the Rich proved again and again find a way out, they will always be right in front of the Law and when they should by miss-take result wrong, they will Uplift Themselves Above It.

Have we even ever questioned the Law that governs over us and -in theory- over everybody?

Is the Law the instrument we use 'legally' to enforce Rights that were never Right, and is this why we call them Rights, so everyone in their own mind connects what are now 'enforced feudal traditions' to their own sense of righteousness thus forever preventing ourselves from questioning what we are the Subjects of?

And why is The Law written in a language that requires translators to decode it, how is everyone supposed to know what are Their Rights if they cannot even understand the Constitution of those Rights, where a Constitution exists?

The Law is never questioned by those in power, o-b-v-i-o-u-s-l-y because it protects them and what they now 'legally claim to be their own', the Law is the smokescreen which guarantees the Protection, The Protectorate of the Rich, so that no one can ever question the legitimacy of their 'ownership' in the first place.

1/3 of the world still functions according to the Common Law, we could say it's the 1/3 that counts, the 1/3 with the Money, with the Loot, the 1/3 that wrote the Laws to enforce against Commoners, to protect the Wealthy of the Commonwealth, which were left as Commons without the Wealth, all the other represented organization have their own Laws and Judiciary System, the Military has their own judiciary and Justice system, the OutLaws, they said F**k the Law and  settle their disputes with bullets or bombs, Judges - the other privileged ones are only subject to the Judiciary Court, the Rich are wayyy above the Law, so in fact the Law is just a nice way to call a system, a boundary designed to keep the Poor in their place, making sure they never question why they are poor and why they were not born with the same right to a Dignified Life as anyone else who has the Money to secure one for themselves.

what is The Common Law?

English common law emerged as an integral part of the transformation of England from a loose collection of what were essentially tribal chiefdoms or proto-states to a centrally governed civilization.

Over a 400-year period, from the eighth to the eleventh centuries, this cultural system of settling disputes through local custom became increasingly formalized as the hierarchical organization of Feudalism began to slowly replace the collective and egalitarian organization of the early tribal peoples in England, Wars between various tribal groups brought growing political consolidation and increasing individual ownership or land by powerful lords. 

As the once collectively owned tribal lands came under the private ownership and control of feudal lords, the responsibility of an individual to his kinsmen was replaced by the responsibility of a person to his lord. Where the collective responsibility of kin-groups had once served as the basis of dispute settlement, it now became the responsibility and the prerogative or feudal lords to see that justice was done.

As a means of consolidating power, feudal lords began requiring that dispute-- be submitted to a local "court" for settlement.

By the time of the Norman conquest- in 1066, England was organized into approximately eight large kingdoms, which were at best loosely knit collections of relatively independent feudal landholdings. The basic units of social and political organization were the counties and "hundred." The hundreds were subdivisions of counties, somewhat obscure in their origin but often privately owned and independently governed, it is estimated that at the time of the Conquest approximately half of all the hundreds were owned either by individual lords or by abbeys. 

The large number of hundreds owned by the church indicates the economic and political power of the Catholic Church, a situation that would bring it into direct conflict with a growing secular government in later years.

The hundreds courts were essentially meetings of important hundred residents at which all manner of local problems were discussed, among them the resolution of local disputes.

The right to hold court and to profit from it was the essential hallmark of a feudal ruler. 

Early feudal rulers required that compensatory damages be paid not to the offended party but to the lord of the hundred. The right of a lord to collect the profits resulting from the administration or Justice eventually became an essential force in the development of common law after the conquest.

In addition to the hundreds courts, feudal justice was also administered in the county courts held by the overlords of counties. These overlords could command attendance at their courts by the lords of the hundreds and other representatives. These early county courts prefigured the later bicameral (two-house) legislatures of England house of commons and house of the lords and the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. It also established the relationship between the lower and higher courts in the U.S. Because the overlords of the counties were more powerful than lords of hundreds, it was possible for county courts to review and even overrule decisions rendered by lords in hundred courts, much the same way as higher courts now can overrule the decisions of the lower courts.

By 1066, England was halfway between tribalism and feudalism, between rule by custom and rule by state law.

The Norman Conquest

By virtue of having conquered England, William the First was able to proclaim that all land and land-based rights, including those of keeping court, were now vested in the king. 

Through this redistribution of land and the consolidation of all rights and relationships associated with land tenure under the crown, local courts eventually came under the administration of Norman rule,

Court keeping rights were still granted concerning land tenure, However, all courts had to he conducted in accordance with the king's interests, particularly his monetary interests. Thus, judicial decision-making was slowly being transformed into the function of an increasingly bureaucratic system of justice.

The king's interest in assuring a proper flow of justice-profits into the royal treasury brought about the institution of the eyre. Developed in the twelfth century as a powerful force for centralizing control over local courts, the eyre provided the structural basis for the development of a common law for England. It consisted of four itinerant judges representing the king who would periodically examine the activities of the county and hundred courts.

One of the focuses of this king's court was to enforce forfeiture laws. This concept stemmed from the feudal doctrine that a man's right to hold property was based upon a relationship of good faith between that man and his lord. The term felony originally meant an offense "so fundamental as to break the relationship between them and to cause the holding to be forfeited to the lord." It was the duty of the judges in Pyre to insure that the king received his portion of forfeited property resulting from any such offenses occurring in the various county and hundred jurisdictions. "Law and order on the national scale were first expressed in terms of revenue."

It was the decisions made by the judges in eyre concerning the common pleas brought before them that produced the body of legal precedent that became known as common law, that is, the rules of dispute settlement common to all England. As the itinerant judges in eyre, settled common-plea cases they established precedents to be followed in similar cases. Because common law was built on a case-by-case basis the terms "common law" and "case law" are sometimes used synonymously.

The development of English common law was not merely the institutionalization of traditional English customs. The rules of law established by the king's courts were often unprecedented. Thus, the common law of England was "the by-product of an administrative triumph: the way in which the government of England came to be centralized and specialized during the centuries after the conquest."

By seeking to eliminate variations in settlements arising from differences in local custom, '-the establishment of common law gave rise to a concept of justice the emphasized the uniform application of standardized laws and procedures. This concept was embodied in the doctrine of stare decisis that emphasized the importance of legal precedents established in previously settled cases.

Common law was primarily oriented not toward protecting individuals from ordinary threats to person and property -but toward maintaining social peace by regulating the economic arrangements characteristic of feudal land tenure and consolidating royal power under this system.

So, in summary, The Common Law is a set of customs and traditions who ended up in writing, not the tradition and customs of the People but of Kings, Lords, the Catholic Church, those that had power over the rest of Humanity, it's a set of rules based on precedents that dates all the way back to Feudalism and then was moved into Capitalism, which is Feudalism using Money vs Land, we have been screwed for over 1000 years - and it's all there, within the precedents, telling us how many times we have been screwed out of what belonged to All -in writing. The Common law is the evidence, the precedents will always prove that those with Power were Right, are Right, have Rights, while we forfeited all our rights for a Protectorate, because Fear drives us and is used to drive us and we would rather bend and break than stand up and ask that this World Be Rewritten to Cater to All and Not Just to Some.

Common Law - aka the offspring of Feudalism, you can believe in it or Begin Questioning Everything About This World because Something Is Not Right, starting with 1/3 of the world living below poverty line, with people dieing of famine, lack of sanitation, lack of access to proper medical care, education, a shelter, so what Is Lawful may just turn out to be Awful, yeah right, we have been had.

It's ime to question every single point in existence, because if the Lawful Law is just Awful, what about the rest?

Wake Up, no one has to live this way, consider Giving To All What You Would Like for Yourself, then we won't need to Die to go to Heaven. Heaven for All is Possible through a Change of Mind, we begin by supporting a Dignified Life for All, how about that?

Day 326: Who says that 'What is Best for All' is Best for ME?

It is sad to realize how this simple sentence, which happens to be at the core of every religion and philosophy in the world, is feared and taken for a coercive statements that means people will no longer be FREE to do as they like, should a world that considers all parts of the Whole Equally ever come about.

Unfortunately, or maybe appropriately, the answer to 'What is Best for All' cannot be given, it has to be Self Realized because 'I' have to first understand What is Best for Me in relation to All the Players within an Equation, where I have considered All parts Equally and guess what, what is Best for All in one occasion may not be Best for All in another, within the same point, this is why Religions do not have any Solution to offer, there isn't a fixed Best for All if not the point of Giving to All what I would like for myself and Not do to another what I would not like to be done to me, no other 'rule' is required to expand into and as this understanding, if my children are hungry and I can't get a job and this system doesn't support me, it is my duty to feed them one way or another, that would make stealing OK, a duty in fact, because Life is more important that the delusion that some can own Vital Earth Resources and cut others off from them as Their Right, so in this case, blindly following a religion (and incidentally, who could be stealing if not the poor from the rich, who says that religions weren't the Rich Guidelines to their own safety and that they were the writers of all Commandments for their own protection and justification?) would not allow me to do What is Best for All at All Times, fake morality would stand in the way of my clarity.

The answer to What is Best for All is held within each one of us as a Point of Awareness, flip flopping through Life won't have us aware enough to consider All Points at All Times and We won't be Able to do What is Best for All, ever, if I, Self is not included in the Equation, because this Equation is Not What is Best for All -bar Me, it's Best for All, which has to include Me or the Equation is incomplete, it's Dis-h-One-est, because I am missing from the One that has to make the decision of What is Best for All.

So, to start appreciating What is Best for All, we can consider what and how we would benefit most from within a moment if we were in another shoes, cross referencing it with Self and then, in a Self Honest moment of Breath, just do it, it doesn't require rocket science to work it out, just Self Trust that I am able and walking to learn to consider Others as Myself and to Give to All What is Best.

So, when we react to this simple sentence 'What is Best for All', there may be some points to consider:

Point One, I don't know What is best for Me - in self honesty I can say that I have been rather busy with self Abuse for most of my life, if you are busy abusing yourself that point needs correction before you can grasp what is Best for All, how could you if you have not yet taught yourself what is Best for You?
No one that stands as Self Abuse can do what is Best for All, because they themselves are missing from the Equation required to work out What is Best for All, and in such cases, we may have the manifestation of the Do Gooder Character as an attempt to compensate for all the things we have not done in consideration of Others as Self, but that it's just a Lie, and we can assess our Self Abuse without external intervention, most of it happens in Our Secret Minds -only to overflow later in the physical-, where we run ourselves to the ground to make sure we won't be able to stand and do What is Best for All, not even by chance

Point Two, is if we are Abusers, many claim their right to Freedom in ways that can be described odd to use a vast understatement, our right to Porn, even if this means supporting a whole industry of Abuse and Slavery is not a Human Right, it's an Abuse, our right to alcohol and drugs is not a Human right, it's Self Abuse, our right to Anonymity so we can slander and engage in libelous activities on the web and get away with it, it's not a Human Right, it's an Abuse, our right to have sex with Animals who don't have a say in it, it's not a Human right, it's an Abuse, our right to Abuse Animals and the World for Profit is not a Human Right, it's an Abuse, our right to invade other countries for their resources so we can keep up our lifestyle is not a Human Right, it's an Abuse, so you see, when we get down to the nitty gritty of why people oppose What is Best for All and lay it out in the open, it doesn't look so good, and yet we went so far as creating a whole new vocabulary to explain why we are in fact entitled to do what we do and defined our Criminal Activities as Human Rights, so while we stood united to claim our Rights to Abuse, we got Abused, we rolled over while Real Human Rights were eroded under our very eyes but we were too busy proving that we had the Freedom of Speech that entitled us to Abuse or the Freedom of Choice so I can hold on to porn and alcohol and drugs, no matter the consequences, the Freedom to 'defend our Borders' -abroad-  to justify our right to go to war against others and while we took away the Right of other living beings, go figure, our Real Human Rights were taken away too.

One could say not surprisingly, because we have not shown to be Humans as in HumanKind but rather Human as in ViciousHumans and so we lost the right to Live because we moved Life way down the list of relevant things in the world as we busied ourselves with all forms of abuse we could conceive, meanwhile we got so far removed from our Humanity that at the sound of the words 'What is Best for All', we react, we don't want What is Best for All if that means the end of our right to Abuse, because....well, because we are TheMented as in living up in our isolated little Kingdoms of Our Minds, where we can pretend to be a self sustainable island, missing out on the obvious, undeniable interconnectedness of All Things, which give us life -while we don't, we take it from others so we can turn it into Money and hopefully end our existential fears within the Illusion that we'll be able to buy our Piece/Peace of Mind.

So, please consider, What is Best for All includes YOU, we want a good Life for everyone, free education, free health care, free housing, a share of the world resources for All, we want to support each other, all living beings and the world as One, how is that not good for You? What kind of freedom are you after that such a world would not provide: Freedom from Debt Slavery, from Education Slavery, Freedom from Fear of Each other, of not having enough to live or of not having a place where to live, freedom from the fear for the future of your children, freedom from stress, from anxiety, from most of the Evil of this world -just by agreeing to give to each other what we would want for ourselves.

So, if and when you should see yourself react to these words, just ask yourself, what is it that you fear giving up, is it the porn, alcohol and drugs, anonymity, fucking animals, really, what is it that stands in the way of Your Self Realization of what will be possible when we realign in Oneness and Equality to What is Best for All and then see if you can find it in your heart to stop the Abuse and the Self Abuse -for Life.

We are making it our business to learn to do What is Best for All -for Life, what kind of busy-ness are you investing yourself into and -is it worth Your Life -or Not?

Day 314: TransGression - A System Design

 

Yesterday I went walking in a park nearby, a man on a bicycle was looking at me from across the brooklet designed to water the fields, he seemed pretty harmless and didn't catch my full attention until he made an unbelievable effort to come to where I was an approach me.

The first thing he said is that from afar he was not sure if I was a boy or a girl, this comment was annoying :) and not a cool opening, then he started to tell me that THAT park was weird and you could find Anything there, Gays, Lesbians, transvestites, men who came there to have sex with their wife or watch while their wife had sex with someone else, many, he said with a sigh, are now asking for money, good old times are gone for good.

To make clear that I was not there for any of the above mentioned activities I said that maybe I should reconsider my walking path, least someone mistook my exercise routine for something else, I was aware that I was reacting in fear as he painted this extravagant world for me to understand that 'Transgression' is now what everyone is looking for.

In my life I have been very transgressive, many of us believe that this is a way to make it out of a set of rules that we have not designed and that we didn't have the time or took the time to assess for their soundness and so we jump the gun and move to the other side of the rules, just for the heck of it, no one in this world has been supported to develop the ability to assess each and every situations to establish what would be the best for all parties involved vs the FUN of skipping and hopping through consequences.

As our chat progressed while we walked he said that there is much hypocrisy in this world and we cannot be asked by Pedo priests to do what they are not willing to do, basically he laid out the make up of transgression, a Belief that since there is always in the world someone doing Worse Than Me, I am OK, I am just transgressive, just a free spirit, I do no harm, all people involved in my transgression are up for it, looking for it, wanting it and hence, we are basically Right.

The point I made to reply to his question about WHY then if transgression is on the Increase we can't consider it The New Normality, was that Transgression is just a System Design, it's the overrun of designing more and more products to entertain the Mind, while unwilling to consider the consequences.

One instance is Porn, we are flooded with it, porn is everywhere, it's in advertisement, on the web, in magazine, movies, everyone now at every age has a chance to access it, and then we have to face what comes next, the carousel of pictures in our minds, the oversexualization of everything that moves, breathes, our inability to stop sexualizing each other's bodies and body parts, we have to realize that what we do and participate in has consequences, the system did, and it created TransGression, the Steam Valve to let out the excesses of mental friction and, as its own creation, it sanctioned it and promoted it as Fine and even further, as Positive.

So, next time we feel so cocky about being transgressive, it would be worth considering that not even that is our own creation, we did not evolve into those cocky abusers by chance or by our own will, we just took the bait, The MasterBait, and then run with it, investing time and money into what creates time and money for others who laugh all the way to the bank while looking at us crawling lower and lower in the gutters they designed as our pacifier and in which we willingly stepped into, as a way to escape our experience of ourselves in this world, as trapped and enslaved. Noone has ever reached Freedom through Transgression, but the delusion still stands strong and powerful - I am FREE, we shout from the gutters of the world for anyone who cares to hear us.

Fortunately, transgression as an escape is a dead end, those who have meddled with it know what follows after the transgression outings, mainly it's shame and self disgust as we are unable to hang on to the Transgressive Label for solace because the label is tiny, flimsy, without sub-stance if not the sub-stance of ourselves we invest in it, so, it's time to stop being transgressive aka assholes in disguise and return ourselves to some dignity, stand up from the gutters to see how and why we accepted such a sub-life, such misery and to realize we have been duped, yeah, that's right, we would have never thought about finding a positive label to our ab-normal behavior unless someone thought it for us and that we'll never find the dignity we crave by association with other undignified humans like us just because we believe we belong to the exclusive 'Club of Transgression', what is left, after the disillusion of the juicy goodness of transgression is to stand up, forgive ourselves for what we accepted and allowed and take the required steps to change, it's our Change that will Change the world and turn a world of Transferred Aggression into a world of peace and harmony for All as we leave behind our energetic/feel good addictions one at the time for What is Best for All.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that transgression is 'cool' just because it served as the lid to cover up how I perceived myself and the life I lived instead of seeing and realizing I was never OK with what I did and a label for it was never going to sort it out or sort myself out

When and as I see myself reacting in excitement/anticipation/desire to the word 'transgression', I stop, breathe, see realize and understand that this word has been purposefully loaded with a 'positive charge' so that I could embrace my perceived negative behavior and self judgement and find some solace within it and within this I no longer accept the positive charge of the word transgression but return it to its neutrality of what it really describes and stands for which is a behavior that crosses the line of first considering myself, others and the flowing consequences into the equation that I need to be clear about before I think, speak or act

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to feel devalued when the guy said 'I was not sure if you were a boy or a girl' because I have placed value on being 'a girl' and being mistaken for a boy triggers a perception of diminishment within me and within this for believing that I can be diminished by being taken/labelled as a boy or a girl

When and as I hear someone expressing themselves about me as to not being sure if I belong to the male or female gender, I stop, breathe, return myself to the physical, as I now see, realize and understand that I have associated this feeling of diminishment to a specific memory of being a kid and getting a short haircut after which I was mistaken for a boy and people laughed and in that moment I accepted and allowed myself to believe that being a woman mistaken for a male was ridiculous and as such demeaning/diminishing and that I no longer need to hold on to this memory and breathe to let it go once and for all

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to feel fear and excitement at the transgressive stories the man was telling and for judging myself as bad when I realized something in me was moving at the 'idea' of all the transgressive behavior consumed in that park instead of seeing and realizing I always judged transgression as bad and something to fear as I saw it could be used as an excuse for my behavior which would never require me to change and at the same time as exciting because the feeling of excitement belongs to the word transgression by design and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to buy into the design of the word transgression as exciting, excitement, positive, something to aspire to to break free

When and as I see myself triggered by the word transgression, I stop, breathe, see, realize and understand that if I still have movement within me relative to this word there is something I still need to clear out regarding my perception of what 'being free' means and so I commit myself to dig into the dimensions of this word if such a movement should arise again, until I can stand stable in and as breath when hearing/reading/speaking the word 'Transgression'

Day 263: No One Listens - It's All Wasted - Character

This has been brewing for sometime, there are a few reasons that I can see I have used to build myself into this accumulation of frustration, mainly the point of invisibility, all the way through to 'do I even exist, which I projected on others in the question 'do they even exist?'.

In my past communication I almost never failed to drive home a point, it's in my upbringing, so now that I have a 'good point' to drive home, I want results, I want others to go 'oh, I see, there is The Equal Money System, GREAT, how come we didn't see it before. Thanks for sharing!'.

Instead at best I get no reply and at worse a barrel of raving reviews, as I said to my buddy, where people gather up to let me know 'I'm raving mad and basically - to fuck off'.

It's amazing how we fight against a system that would alleviate the suffering for all, it just doesn't make sense to us to even consider the possibility of Equality and I can see how because I have been on the favorable side of Inequality and I have used those excuses to justify why what I had and other didn't was right, made sense, was 'the way things are - the world it's an unfair place -thanks god I was born on the right side of it', when in fact to get to the right side of this system we have to accept that someone lives on the wrong side of it, it can't be any other way in a system designed for just some winners, how could we feel like winners otherwise if everyone else won too, and this is the point that bothers us and it's hard to let go.

So, yesterday when I read the replies on the Hong Kong Maid Forum where I posted a question about 'Maid-hood not Slavery?', I saw my own justifications, what I used to say or I would have said had I been approached about that subject 7-8 years ago, no surprise either since I could foresee all those replies and this can only be if I existed and as such still exist as those justifications, adversely I would have been surprised and unable to relate at all.

When I was a kid I used to watch a cartoon about the dog of the red Baron, he was always after a Medal, that was his late motif 'Medal-Medal' and this is another aspect of my interactions, the expectation of a reward in the form of a positive feedback, or someone getting the point, just because I superimpose on what I write now my previous life and what I did/do, either when I teach or when I managed, and both ways it was My Job to drive a point home until everyone got it, but this is not the same, the expectation is not required because I am not doing a job for which I have to pile up medals, no, I have to share what I have realized as I am waking up and the feedback is irrelevant and building an expectation is just a desire for a positive energetic experience, be it a medal, a raise, or the satisfaction that I carried out my task to completion - having identified completion with others receiving the message and not just the point of sharing at the best of my current abilities, which is the end of the task as just a point of self expression that stands alone without needing any validation in any shape or form

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to, when I could take advantage of this system and the lives of others to be served and revered, to do so and justify my doing with the point that the world is not a fair place and I was a good employer and given their odds, the Filipinos could not wish for anything more

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that the point that Filipino women and other women in the world are forced to leave their family to go abroad to make a living, is not a Filipino Government problem but a Global problem, for which we all have responsibility because the poverty of the Philippines, like all the Third world countries in the world, is man made and not an accident of nature, and since We are the humans living here on this shared planet, it's our common responsibility to stand for a change that will put an end to abuses for all everywhere in the world

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that paying immigrant workers below the minimum wage just because there is a special Law that says it's legal, is in fact right, just because I could excuse the point by joining the mainstream thinking that 'in their country it's a lot of money' deliberately  skipping the point that they do not live 'in their country' but in a country where the living standard and the basic minimum requirement have been set and everyone should have access to at least this minimum wage once they enter a foreign country for work, until a new system of Equality and Equal retribution as Equal Value/Worth of each Life is in place

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not question the point of minimum wage as a blatant human right abuse, because it worked for me to pay below minimum wage adhering to the legal guidelines for minimum wages -according to jobs-, instead of seeing and realizing that the Laws are written for the rich by the rich and are just guidelines to cover the backs of the rich through their legalized exploitation and abuse of those who have no choice but to take what is offered, which is better than what they have access to in their own pillaged and looted country -by First world Empires- that has nothing left to offer them

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to feel angry a the replies on the forum, when I knew in advance what I would have got - to the point that I advised a friend to NOT post blogs on maids that didn't cover the point of reward in a way that people would be able to hear, and for thinking that I had the ability to be heard just because I made that my business in life and hence experience a loss of energy when the replies flocked about how I made no sense at all and how everything was just fine and I was out of touch with reality, I forgive myself

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to, as a result of experiencing this loss of energy, seek for a boost and contact my ex helper to explain Equal Money, believing that she will hear because while the rich have no interest in changing the system, she must have it, they must have it, they are the abused maids and when she replied she only wants a good employer, to accept and allow myself to dig myself deeper into the hopelessness hole as I backchatted this moment with 'what the fuck do you mean -why don't you want to be Equal, have equal rights, stay home to raise your children, so are these people right - do you deserve a lesser life if you yourself don't want a better, equal life', without seeing realizing and understanding that both sides of the system are brainwashed and it could not be otherwise if the poor did not believe they had to take this hand of card and do the best with it but stood up, and this just shows how deeply our brainwashing has succeeded into convincing us all, the rich and the poor, that THIS is the way things are and there can't be, won't be, ever, any change possible

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to look for recruits to validate this change that is necessary to be embraced by more of us, as a result of spending my time in my mind approaching this as any other project, seeking for strategies and then invariably, facing the disappointment of no results, because any strategy or plan must have an outcome, which is why I experience a loss of energy when an outcome is NOT coming simply because I am coming from an energetic starting point as a personality that delivers vs being Here in and as Breath and just sharing without any expectation on the outcome

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that the dog seeking for rewards as medals was cute because I could identify with him and what drove him in life, without seeing realizing and understanding that believing that looking for rewards is excusable and a human trait I accepted and allowed myself to live one and equal to a reward system, moving myself only for rewards or potential rewards and that when I fail to get one I experience myself as less, as diminished, and for this, I forgive myself

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear that no one will hear Equal Money as The Solution to the problems we are facing and that will get worse and for not seeing realizing and understanding that it is in the moments when I focus on where we are heading that the urge to deliver a point home becomes greater as an urgency, failing to see realize and understand that I cannot speed up this process for others just by my wanting and that beliefs in 'intention' and 'will' lie behind this idea that I have that if I want it hard enough, it will happen, instead of accepting that it is a process and we'll have to walk the timeline of the consequences we have already designed through our lives of separation and that the only thing that will speed this up is me aligning to being Here more, to breathe more, to not allow myself to participate in fears and pans and plots on how to make this go faster because those are just points I am imagining to bring to a solution and not physically walking to a solution as myself, and for accepting and allowing myself to lose myself in my imagination about the outcome of things as I wish them to be vs walking reality as it is beyond judgement, I forgive myself

When and as I see myself plotting and scheming for new ways to reach out, seeking the unbeaten path and the unbeaten ways, I stop, breathe, see realize and understand that I am just seeking for a reason to move instead of moving as the directive principle of me and bring myself back here in and as breath

When and as I see myself becoming frustrated or on the road to becoming frustrated during one of my quarterly assessment of 'where we are', I stop, breathe, see realize and understand that it is not my job to deliver, that I am no longer managing a company, that I no longer have to meet a quota of 'subscribers' to a new world system so I can feel I have completed a task and I can take my energetic reward, instead I keep walking to correct myself as one of the bricks of this world that won't be able to not change as we insist on self change as a group, moving as One, for Self and all of Existence, Equal and One

Day 204: Powerlessness as Abdication of Responsibility

Everything that is going on in the News and Italian talks show these days is about ILVA, the Infamous Steel Manufacturer.

Here my previous post for context.

One of the workers interviewed today, after the Plant closed down again due to the Never-seen-before-Tornado, was that 'unless we stop delegating and allow others to decide for our future things won't change'.

We can take this statement to the bigger and see that while there has been a lot of advantage in this unfair race for Money and Profit by those that were the holders of Money as Power, the responsibility cannot be only on the hands of the perpetrators of Abuse. What about the Abused?

If we had stood together for what is Best for ALL, Abuse would have Never Been Possible.

Instead we are fragmented, first within our Minds and then without, resulting in this World of separation, where My interests must come before Yours, where I live and you die.

So, the truth about admitting to be powerless, fearing to be powerless hides the desire to not take responsibility and to blame others for where we find ourselves today, making the consequences of our participation the testimony of the one way responsibility that we abdicated in blame, instead of stopping and reassessing where is our Response-Ability in the face of Abuse and how can we find solutions for All of Us, stopping this world, changing what we ask just for ourselves into designing a Change for everyone as ourselves and then we as the system, change to a system of Self responsibility, where each is responsible for self as the whole and within our self Response-Ability we can find again the Power we have abdicated happy to be abused as long as we wouldn't have to face the point that this World would have never be possible without our acceptance and allowance and as such, as we Change our acceptance and allowance into a Self Directive decision to Stand for Life and All Living beings, so does the World as our Mirror, change with us.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from power as mySelf as Self responsibility

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear standing up because I feared having to face the truth that at this moment I have no power to change the world or any impact on the system and I won't either until I hold myself in separation from the system as myself

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear becoming responsible, fearing the LOAD of the responsibility that I perceive is not possible to be faced by just one, instead of seeing the solution that 1 + 1 means I am not alone, even though I walk alone the process of stopping the separation of myself from the system as me

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that the Rich and Powerful will always win because I wished to not have to stand up as part of the Solution and I could if I gave up before I even started by blaming the Rich and Powerful for where we are today

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to live as friction and Conflict against this system within my Mind for so long that I came to the 'I give up' point, feeling that it's hopeless to even believe we can change something that has become so big and has taken over control, instead of seeing and realizing that as each one takes over control of themselves as One of the Whole, the system must change, because the system is nothing more than the sum of its parts

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand, that this world is a collective creation and as such, collectively, united, we can change what we created in separation to reflect our change as realignment to Oneness and Equality

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that stopping to vote is taking a stand, when stopping to vote is what is one of the points that is manifesting the problems we are facing, as we don't stand up to Vote as Self responsible Human beings for something else, such as a system that works for All and considers All Living Beings as Equals

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear Equality because I yearned to be special and more than others, not wanting to be common as I defined 'common' as the flattening of all self expression, instead of seeing, realizing and understanding, that only when we will be truly Equals we will have the freedom to self express, beyond fears and judgements

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to see the rich and powerful as 'the ones at fault' because they have more 'numbers' that could in a swift move make this change happen if they only wanted, instead of accepting the fact that they don't want, for now, just as much as I didn't want to give up my 'status' for equality and as such others like me who are still stuck in the brainwashing of finding value in their position and possessions are not in a position to make this move and that furthermore the desire for 'them' to make such move is yet again another abdication of responsibility in which I wonder and keep myself pre-occupied with questions such as 'why does this change have to start with me and not with 'them', why aren't THEY asked to change, why aren't They giving the example?", failing to see that I ask myself such questions looking for ways to keep abdicating my responsibility, seeking for Good reasons why I can still postpone because the ones who are creating the most damage -apparently- are still busy doing it, when in fact we are all equally participating collectively in the Creation of this world and as such we have to collectively disengage this support that we are giving through the abdication of our responsibility for this world as ourselves

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to be moved by the anger of the people manifesting against this system, as being 'moved' means I am not Here, stable in and as Breath, instead of seeing and realizing the anger as real and valid without participating in it as I see, realize and understand that the anger we are using to moan about the system is misdirected, we are all angry at ourselves for what we have accepted and allowed, then, best stop diversions, own the anger and on the wings of this self honest Anger, stand for a Change, as the Change that we want to see in this world, for ourselves and all of Existence, Equal and One.

When and as I see fears coming up in me about how pointless it is to stand up given the extent of the problem we are facing, I stop, breathe, make a point of getting back Here through breathing as my 'thoughts' are not the solution to this world problem as they only exist of polarity that I use to find ways to be against the system as that gives me the momentary relief of the belief 'that I am doing something about it, I am opposing it!", when in fact I am just perpetuating the friction and conflict I exist as which is what is manifesting the friction and conflict that stand in the way of One Solution for the World that will benefit All Equally

When and as I see myself desiring to blame the Rich and Powerful for how we live, I stop and breathe, as I see realize and understand the Rich and Powerful are nothing else than manifestations of my own desire for moreness in fear of being less and that when I equalize myself to be stable within who I am I will be one less point of support for the Inequality of this world

When and as I see myself fearing that nothing will change, I look into the specific point I am facing to see why and what I am not willing to change about myself and why I accept the limitations of myself which reflect in the limited version of the world we live in and stand to address that point and change it

I commit myself to not give in to thoughts of assessment of the gravity of the system situation as that is already clear to me but instead to become more consistent in breathing myself back into the physical and Not participate within and as the Mind of thoughts, feelings and emotions as an excuse to tap into Powerlessness so I can abdicate my responsibility for standing for change as the change

I commit myself to, whenever I perceive myself toying with thoughts and feelings of powerlessness to STOP, breathe and bring muself back to Breath while I look at what I am trying to Not take responsibility for, so I can address it in writing and self corrective application until I stand Self responsible and no longer Powerlessness as a victim of my self created Mind.

Day 203: A MIRACLE took place in Italy! But then God changed his mind.....

A tragedy hit Taranto yesterday.

No this is not correct. Two tragedies hit Taranto yesterday.

One was the reopening of the Ilva plant, one of the largest Steel manufacturers in Italy, the largest in the forgotten South, in Apulia, a region at high unemployment risk; the largest in Italy for number of direct employee, 12.000, but whose closure would cause 20.000 people to becoming jobless.

Since 1997, environmental reports proved that Ilva was responsible for the pollution of the environment, fishing is forbidden around Taranto due to high levels of dioxin present in the water, in 7 years there have been 11.590 deaths caused by the activity of the Steel Implants (1650/year) e 26.399 hospitalizations (3.857/year). It is the Bhopal of the Apulia region.

It has been estimated that if we could add up the emission by air and by sea and divide them by the number of inhabitants it would come up to Two hundred and ten kilos of emissions(210 Kg) per person/year to deal with.

With a -hidden- decree specifically written for ILVA in 2011, the limits of the emissions of benzopyren were removed, it was a field day, 'get the silly environmentalist off my back', said Fabio Riva, the heir of the Ilva Empire.

He didn't just say that, the intercepted phone calls proved, he said as well that 2 cancer deaths more a year were 'fucking nothing' -we can't but agree when the deaths per year are over 1000- and it was important to bribe the media so they would spread some smoke on the whole story and people would go back to feeling safe. When they were not busy dying.

Fabio Riva is now at large, a fugitive from justice since a few days when a warrant has been issued in his name for criminal conspiracy and corruption of high officials, the imputation was not manslaughter. Those deaths happened as a collateral corporate risk.

He is now hiding somewhere and he has decided that he will first see what kind of defense he can come up with through his lawyers for his actions and then decide IF he will come back to face the music. 

He has that choice. The kind of choice ONLY MONEY can Buy.

He can even decide through his 'Intelligence' gathering, on which country he should move to, to not face extradition, meanwhile an international warrant has not been issued, the media says it's to give him an opportunity to redeem himself and just come back to face the trial. 

But the real reason is to give him time to decide where to move to, at his convenience, then the international warrant will be issued, we have to wait until he is safe and sound.

This is just the preview of the story for those that are unfamiliar with both the corruption in Italy, which is an IN YOUR FACE corruption, and the uselessness of the Public Institution, which were instituted by the Rich, supported by the Rich as a protection for their actions and not as a system of accountability where the ones who don't have a voice or a choice due to how the birth lottery of this world has placed them would be safeguarded.

The twist in the story is that, while the Court has finally issued 7 arrest warrants for the people involved, the ones that went under attach were the Courts, led by a woman magistrate, men magistrates could not pinpoint the problem for the past 15 years, weird. It is unthinkable - and unheard of- that the Justice system should question a company that feeds 20000 people (and killed 11590 in 7 years and sent 26.399  to the hospital), where is our decency, why are we not thinking about the Good of the People, the fucking job they need to survive, because without this job, they are dead anyway, and so it is that the same employees whose families and colleagues have been killed by pollution, by corruption, by a system of abuse for greed and profit were standing out of the plant that was closed by the Bench, manifesting for their right to go back to work.

Let's get this right, no one wanted to go back to a place that kills them by the thousands, they just wanted to live, and life down in the South comes at THAT Price, at the price of the Russian Roulette that you may make it, I will pull the trigger one more time, maybe I'll live.

The closure of the Plant was announced since July, they were in breech of the New European Environmental Law, they had the time to set themselves in line with the regulations, but Greed is a bitch, and they did not want to put back in the money they had taken out profiting on the lives of people -literally-, in fact they did more, they asked for assistance from the State -the citizens, the tax payers which is NOT the Riva family as those are the rich tax evaders with headquarters in Luxembourg- to put the workers on unemployment benefits. 

Two days ago a decree was signed by the government to bypass the Power of the bench of Judges (the Highest Power within the Italian republic) and Re open the Plant. SUCCESS!!

The workers started to go back yesterday, and here comes another twist.

One week ago we had regional elections, only 3 million peoples went to vote, the Media said it was an amazing turn up. There are 58 mil people in Italy, of which at least 45 mil people able to vote. Many that did not go to vote went said they went to Church instead, they said they voted for Mother Mary, because it would take a miracle to fix some of our problems such as the Ilva one with the Plant just closed.

Less than a week later the Ilva plant reopened. What a fucking Miracle!

AND they opened beyond any restriction, for now the important thing was to reopen, to guarantee a wage to those family for which the unemployment benefit has not been granted yet.

What we have to understand is that such are the choices of capitalism, if you don't work, you DIE, because we have accepted and allowed a system of Greed to take over the World, our lives and now everything else is a battle, wherever we look it's either a rock or a hard place, aren't we getting the drift yet?

 

And so yesterday, amid the celebration for the defeat of Democracy, the Justice system, the safeguarding of Life over Profit and the direct intervention of Mother Mary that interceded for the reopening of a toxic plant -according to prayers- Nature stood up and said NO. Nature said I will kill you with my own hands if you don't fucking Stand Up!

At just after 10 am a tornado (never seen before in Italy) not only hit Taranto, but hit the Ilva Plant specifically, causing 20 casualties there over the 38 casualty that took place all over the city, plus 1 death of a guy who was blown off a crane, and then left 15 mil euro of damages on its wake, taking away the hopes that work will be resuming anytime soon for the 'Good of All' and widening the gap of the question, Who is going to pay the wages to those workers now? How are they going to Live?

So, a miracle was deflated, and another one was born, as the link to the video of the Huffington post titles the incident "Finger of God?', what about the hand of Mother Mary? Why did God overthrew her decision to reopen the Plant, does God know better? Or is this a Con-flict of Interests in Heaven?

Well, that would be nothing more and nothing less that what we live everyday. 

A World thorn by Conflicts where on one side we have Life and on the other Profit and Money.

What will YOU choose?

Capitalism as the expression of Our Greed and self Interest must die for Life to take its place at the centre of every Equation. Life Guaranteed to All, by All.

I Vote for an Equal Money System, because it will restore Dignity to Life and because it recognizes that Each Life has Equal Value, get involved, Cast your Vote, we don't need Miracles, we need to Stand up United for Life One and Equal, to give to each other what we would like to receive, Once and for All.
